Learnings from Conversations with God: A Monologue from Lee

Not everyone believes in God. The thought of having a conversation with God may make you scoff. But consider the concept of God without a biblical context. Whether you are religious or not, the lessons and ideas that stem from having a conversation with the divine still apply to us.

In this episode, Lee talks about the book Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch. In the book, Neale questions God, and God answers. The book allows us to reflect upon how human beings and the world work. Lee tackles the concept of truth, taking action, serendipity, how we process our thoughts and expressing thankfulness.

If you want a stepping stone to understanding yourself and the world around you better, this episode is for you.

“We are all led to the truth, for which we are ready”.

“What I find in life is that the more that we come from this epicentre of scarcity, and the more that we believe that everything bad is going to happen to us and we don't have control of what's going on in our lives, that will become true”.

“I like to put out signals to the universe, to God, to whatever kind of like higher power you want to choose to put something out there too. And that I am ready to receive more, more and more. I'm powerful enough to take it”.

“I hope you can see that you don't have to believe in God for this dialogue to spark introspection, and an internal dialogue, and questions. The signs are out there. Where are they? What do they look like? What are they telling you? Pay attention

The correct prayer is therefore never a prayer of supplication, but a prayer of gratitude. When you thank God in advance for that which you choose to experience in your reality, you in effect, acknowledge that it's there in effect”.
