"I will eventually end up not alive, because that's the way we all end up. Can I appreciate the journey? Can I appreciate the moments in between those big moments?".

"No moment is better than the next. Whether this moment is unpleasant, whether it's pleasant, whether it's celebratory, whether it feels like the depths of despair,  every moment is a valid moment to be experienced".

"If you want to break up beliefs, such as I can't stop drinking alcohol, and you want to create a new belief, I can stop drinking alcohol, then you need to shift your perspective from that belief to the next belief and pile in a lot of faith".

"There's not a single thought that will actually harm you. Only actions can harm you. Emotions can’t harm you. All the rage in the world cannot harm you. All the rage in the world that you feel cannot harm other people. It's only the actions that you take that will harm you or other people".
